Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where available. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
To request a return, email info@vwax.org with your order number. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Certain items, including tweezers and wax cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
